2025 Pastured Poultry / Duck Deposit (Each)

We’re excited to be able to offer our pastured chickens and ducks to our customers again this year! Our birds are provided a combination of organic feed and access to our chemical-free pasture.  We always process our birds directly on the farm in the cool weekend morning air.  The dressed broilers are aged for approximately 24 hours in our walk-in cooler before they're vacuum packed.  This critical step lets the meat relax and drain excess moisture from the skin.  

We fully believe that our calm, respectful handling leads to a superior product. 

Your non-refundable deposit today reserves a quantity of birds that will be available after we process and package them. 

Your deposit will be applied as a discount to the final purchase price of the birds based on their packaged weight.  For a fee, we also offer breaking down your birds into boneless skinless breasts, skin-on bone-in leg quarters, wings, and soup frames.

We expect our Spring Fancy Broilers to be 4-6 lbs. with a price of $7.75 per lb.  These birds have a larger leg/thigh proportion and fattier carcass (amazing!) compared to the Common Broilers.  These birds will be ready at the end of June.

We expect our Summer Common Broilers to be 3.5-4.5 lbs. with a price of $7.50 per lb. These birds are the "normal" chicken you'll find in stores with larger proportion of breast meat.  These birds will be ready early August.

We expect our Fall Pekin Ducks to be 6-8 lbs. with a price of $12.00 per lb.  Ducks require significantly more feed to reach market weight and significantly more time to process.  These birds will be ready mid-October.
